1. READ DATA LIST

By accessing the Data List using a Techstream, values of the switches and sensors can be read without removing any parts. Reading the DATA LIST is the first step of troubleshooting and is one method of shortening labor time.

(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(b) Turn the ignition switch ON and turn the tester ON.

(c) Enter the Data List by following the prompts displayed on the tester screen.
