Skid Control Sensor: Installation

2009 Toyota Yaris S, 4D HatchbackSECTION Installation
  1. INSTALL REAR AXLE HUB AND BEARING ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  2. INSPECT REAR AXLE HUB BEARING  (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
  3. CONNECT SKID CONTROL SENSOR WIRE  (See INSTALLATION )
  4. INSTALL REAR BRAKE DRUM SUB-ASSEMBLY 
  5. ADJUST REAR DRUM BRAKE SHOE CLEARANCE  (See INSPECTION )
  6. INSTALL REAR WHEEL 

    Torque: 103 N*m (1050 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf) 

  7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 

    Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf) 

  8. CHECK ABS SENSOR SIGNAL 

    (See CHECK FOR INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS  )
