WASHER MOTOR (for Hatchback): Installation

- INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY
- Install the windshield washer motor and pump onto the packing of the washer jar.
- INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY
- Install the windshield washer jar.
- w/ Washer Level Warning Switch
- Install the 2 bolts.
Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf)
- Connect the 3 connectors.
- Connect the 2 harness clamps.
- Install the 2 bolts.
- w/o Washer Level Warning Switch
- Install the 2 bolts.
Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf)
- Connect the 2 connectors.
- Connect the 2 harness clamps.
- Install the 2 bolts.
- FILL UP WASHER JAR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH WASHER FLUID
- Connect the washer hose to the washer motor and pump, and fill the washer jar with washer fluid.
- INSTALL RH HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER (See INSTALLATION )
- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
