- INSPECT STARTER RELAY
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
RESISTANCE REFERENCETerminal Connection Condition Specified Condition 3 - 5 Battery voltage is not applied to terminals 1 and 2 10 kΩ or higher Battery voltage is applied to terminals 1 and 2 Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.
- INSPECT MAIN BODY ECU (ACC RELAY)
- Measure the resistance of the ACC relay circuit.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
RESISTANCE REFERENCETester Connection Condition Specified Condition DD47-DD8 Battery voltage is not applied to terminals DD45 and DD62 10 kΩ or higher Battery voltage is applied to terminals DD45 and DD62 Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the main body ECU.
- Measure the resistance of the ACC relay circuit.
- INSPECT ACC CUT RELAY
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
RESISTANCE REFERENCETester Connection Condition Specified Condition 3 - 4 Battery voltage is not applied to terminals 1 and 2 Below 1 Ω Battery voltage is applied to terminals 1 and 2 10 kΩ or higher If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
