Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor: Installation
2009 Toyota FJ Cruiser RWDSECTION Installation
- INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR
- Using a 19 mm deep socket wrench, install the water temperature sensor with a new gasket.
Torque: 20 N*m (204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)
- Connect the connector.
- Using a 19 mm deep socket wrench, install the water temperature sensor with a new gasket.
- CONNECT NO. 2 FUEL PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL NO. 2 SURGE TANK STAY (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL NO. 1 SURGE TANK STAY (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL OIL BAFFLE PLATE (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL THROTTLE BODY BRACKET (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Torque: 3.9 N*m (40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf)
- ADD ENGINE COOLANT (See REPLACEMENT )
- CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKAGE (See REPLACEMENT )
- CHECK FOR FUEL LEAKAGE
- INSTALL V-BANK COVER (See INSTALLATION )
