Engine Control System (1GR-FE): ECM: Installation

2009 Toyota 4Runner Limited, 4.0 U, RWDSECTION Installation
  1. INSTALL ECM 
    1. Install the ECM bracket No. 2 with the 2 screws to the ECM.
    2. Install the ECM bracket No. 1 with the 2 screws to the ECM.
    3. Install the ECM with the 3 nuts.

      Torque: 13 N*m (133 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf)

    4. Connect the 5 ECM connectors to the ECM.
  2. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL LOWER NO.2 
  3. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
  4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY NO. 2
