INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL THROTTLE BODY
(a) Install a new gasket to the intake air surge tank.
(b) Install the throttle body and wire harness clamp stay to the intake air surge tank with the 4 bolts.
Torque: 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)
(c) Connect the control motor connector.
(d) Connect the 2 water by-pass hoses to the throttle body.
2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
4. ADD ENGINE COOLANT Service and Repair
5. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS Testing and Inspection
6. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
