Inspection Procedure

2007 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, FWDSECTION Inspection Procedure
  1. CHECK WIRE HARNESS (MULTIPLEX NETWORK SWITCH) 
    1. Disconnect the P10 connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard voltage 

      VOLTAGE SPECIFICATION

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      P10-7 (+B) - Body ground Always 10 to 14 V

      Standard resistance 

      RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      P10-1 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

    NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

    OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
