REMOVAL
1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
2. REMOVE V BELT
3. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

a. Remove the bolt, and disconnect the wire clip on the wire connectors from generator [A].
b. Disconnect the wire clamp from wire clip [B].
c. Remove the cap and nut, and disconnect generator wire [C].
d. Disconnect generator connector [D].

e. Remove the 2 bolts and generator.
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

a. Install the generator.
Torque:
Bolt A
52 N.m (530 kgf.cm, 38 ft.lbf)
Bolt B
21 N.m (214 kgf.cm, 15 ft.lbf)
NOTE: Be careful not to put the wire harness between the engine and the generator when installing the generator.

b. Connect generator connector [B].
c. Connect the generator wire with the nut, and install cap [C].
Torque: 9.8 N.m(100 kgf.cm, 7.0 ft.lbf)
d. Install the wire clamp to wire clip [D].
e. Install the wire clip on the wire connectors to generator [E].
2. INSTALL V BELT
3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
2. REMOVE V BELT
3. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the bolt, and disconnect the wire clip on the wire connectors from generator [A].
b. Disconnect the wire clamp from wire clip [B].
c. Remove the cap and nut, and disconnect generator wire [C].
d. Disconnect generator connector [D].
e. Remove the 2 bolts and generator.
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY
a. Install the generator.
Torque:
Bolt A
52 N.m (530 kgf.cm, 38 ft.lbf)
Bolt B
21 N.m (214 kgf.cm, 15 ft.lbf)
NOTE: Be careful not to put the wire harness between the engine and the generator when installing the generator.
b. Connect generator connector [B].
c. Connect the generator wire with the nut, and install cap [C].
Torque: 9.8 N.m(100 kgf.cm, 7.0 ft.lbf)
d. Install the wire clamp to wire clip [D].
e. Install the wire clip on the wire connectors to generator [E].
2. INSTALL V BELT
3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
