Airconditioner Amplifier Assy:






AIR-CONDITIONER AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

REPLACEMENT

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Wait for at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable to prevent the airbag from working.

2. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY
3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY LOWER RH




4. REMOVE AIR-CONDITIONER AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the nut and the air-conditioner amplifier assembly.




5. INSTALL AIR-CONDITIONER AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY
a. Install the air-conditioner amplifier assembly with the nut.

Torque: 7.0 N.m (71 kgf.cm, 62 in.lbf)

b. Connect the connector.

6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY LOWER RH
7. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY
8. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Torque: 3.9 N.m (40 kgf.cm, 35 in.lbf)
