REMOVAL
1. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM

a. Remove the rear wiper head cap.
b. Remove the nut and rear wiper arm.
c. Remove the grommet.
2. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD

a. Using a clip remover, pull out the 8 clips.
b. Remove the back door trim board.
3. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR

a. Remove the 2 bolts and loosen the bolt indicated by the arrow in the illustration.
b. Disconnect the connector, then remove the rear wiper motor.
4. REMOVE WASHER NOZZLE

a. Remove the nozzle.
b. Disconnect the washer hose.
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE
2. INSTALL REAR WIPER MOTOR

a. Install the rear wiper motor to the door panel with the 3 bolts.
Torque: 5.5 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf)
b. Connect the connector.

3. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD
Install the back door trim board with the 8 clips.
4. INSTALL REAR WIPER ARM
a. Install the grommet.
b. Operate the wiper motor once and turn off the wiper switch.
c. Install the rear wiper arm and tighten the nut by hand.

d. Adjust the wiper arm to the position shown in the illustration.
A: Approx. 53.8 mm (2.118 in.)
e. Tighten the nut.
Torque: 5.5 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf)

a. Remove the rear wiper head cap.
b. Remove the nut and rear wiper arm.
c. Remove the grommet.
2. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD
a. Using a clip remover, pull out the 8 clips.
b. Remove the back door trim board.
3. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR
a. Remove the 2 bolts and loosen the bolt indicated by the arrow in the illustration.
b. Disconnect the connector, then remove the rear wiper motor.
4. REMOVE WASHER NOZZLE
a. Remove the nozzle.
b. Disconnect the washer hose.
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE
2. INSTALL REAR WIPER MOTOR
a. Install the rear wiper motor to the door panel with the 3 bolts.
Torque: 5.5 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf)
b. Connect the connector.
3. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD
Install the back door trim board with the 8 clips.
4. INSTALL REAR WIPER ARM
a. Install the grommet.
b. Operate the wiper motor once and turn off the wiper switch.
c. Install the rear wiper arm and tighten the nut by hand.
d. Adjust the wiper arm to the position shown in the illustration.
A: Approx. 53.8 mm (2.118 in.)
e. Tighten the nut.
Torque: 5.5 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf)
