HINT:
- The installation procedures are the removal procedures in reverse order. However, only installation procedures requiring additional information are included.
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart (see WINDSHIELD/WINDOWGLASS/MIRROR - SERVICE SPECIFICATIONS ).
- REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSY LH (See OVERHAUL )
- REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK ASSY LH (See OVERHAUL )
- REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH ASSY INNER LH (See REPLACEMENT
)
- Remove the deck board.
- Remove the deck board assy.
- Remove the rear floor mat support plate.
- Remove the back door weatherstrip.
- Remove the rear door scuff plate LH.
- Remove the rear door opening trim weatherstrip LH.
- Remove the luggage hold belt striker assy.
- Remove deck trim cover rear.
- Remove the deck floor box LH.
- Remove deck trim side panel assy LH.
- Remove the quarter trim cover RH.
- Remove the tonneau cover hook B.
- Remove the roof side garnish assy inner LH.
- REMOVE QUARTER WINDOW ASSY RR LH
- Disconnect the connectors.
- Pass a piano wire through between the body and glass from the interior.
- Tie both wire ends to wooden blocks or similar objects.
HINT:
Apply protective tape to the outer surface to prevent the surface from being scratched.
