Left Mount: Removal

2004 Toyota Matrix XR, FWD, StandardSECTION Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove engine cover.
  3. Remove radiator cooling fan assembly (Refer to RADIATOR FAN ).
  4. Raise and support the vehicle.
  5. Remove both of the engine mount to cradle nuts (Fig 1 ).
  6. Lower the vehicle.
  7. Connect the engine suport fixture and support engine weight.
  8. Remove the engine mount bolts and remove mount (Fig 1 ).
