Speedometer Driven (ATM) Gear Sub-ASSY (U241E): Replacement

- REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSY (SEE REPLACEMENT )
- REMOVE SPEEDOMETER SENSOR
- Disconnect the speedometer driven gear sub-assy connector.
- Remove the bolt and speedometer driven gear sub-assy.
- Remove the clip and speedometer driven gear from the speedometer driven gear sub-assy.
- Remove the O-ring from the speedometer driven gear sub-assy.
- INSTALL SPEEDOMETER SENSOR
- Coat a new O-ring with ATF and install it to the speedometer driven gear sub-assy.
- Install the speedometer driven gear to the speedometer driven gear sub-assy.
- Install the speedometer driven gear sub-assy with the bolt.
Torque: 5.5 N.m (56 kgf.cm, 49 in.lbf)
- Connect the speedometer driven gear sub-assy connector.
- INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSY (SEE REPLACEMENT )
