Rear Speaker ASSY No.2: Replacement

  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSY (See  OVERHAUL  ) 
  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK ASSY (See  OVERHAUL  ) 
  3. REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH (See ) 
  4. REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER LH 
  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  6. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSY 
    1. Remove the 3 bolts and floor anchor of the seat belt.
    2. Pull the package tray trim panel assy upward to disengage 2 clips.
    3. Put the anchor part of the seat belt through the slit part.
    4. Disconnect the connector.
    5. w/o RR window shade assy:

      Pull it as shown in the illustration to disengage 6 claws, and remove the package tray trim panel assy.

    6. w/ RR window shade assy:

      Pull it as shown in the illustration and remove the package tray trim panel assy.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSY OUTER (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER W/CENTER BELT ASSY RH (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER W/CENTER BELT ASSY LH (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  10. REMOVE ROOM PARTITION PANEL INSULATOR 
  11. REMOVE REAR SPEAKER ASSY NO.2 
    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. Remove the 4 screws and rear speaker assy No.2.

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER W/CENTER BELT ASSY RH (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSY OUTER (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER W/CENTER BELT ASSY LH (See ) 
  15. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH (See ) 
  16. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER LH 
  17. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK ASSY (See  OVERHAUL  ) 
  18. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSY (See  OVERHAUL  )
