  1. Check ENGINE TROUBLESHOOTING. (See  DTC P0351: IGNITER COIL "A" PRIMARY/SECONDARY CIRCUIT  . 
    1. OK: Replace combination meter. 
    2. NG: Go to next Step. 
  2. Check harness and connector between combination meter and ECM (See  HOW TO USE THE DIAGNOSTIC CHART AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE  ). 
    1. NG: Repair or replace harness or connector. 
    2. OK: Go to next step. 

      Check igniter circuit. (See  DTC P0351: IGNITER COIL "A" PRIMARY/SECONDARY CIRCUIT
