Safety Warning
DIY auto repair can cause serious injury, fire, or vehicle damage. These guides are for informational purposes only. Always follow OEM torque specs, wear PPE, and consult a certified mechanic if you are unsure. You are solely responsible for your safety.
Inspection Procedure
- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST BY HAND-HELD TESTER

- Select the active test, and then check that the power window operates.
HINT: During the active test, the hand-held tester sends signal to the driver side J/B (body ECU) to drive the power window motor. If the power window operates, the power window motor itself and the wire harness between the power window motor and driver side J/B (body ECU) is considered normal.
