Section 710 (Accelerator Pedal Assembly (3MZ-FE)): Replacement

2004 Toyota Matrix XR, FWD, StandardSECTION Replacement

  1. REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL ASSY 
    1. Disconnect the accelerator position sensor connector.
    2. Remove the 2 bolts and accelerator pedal.

  2. INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL ASSY 
    1. Connect the accelerator position sensor connector.
    2. Install the accelerator pedal with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:  7.5 N.m (76 kgf.cm, 66 in.lbf)
