- CHECK NAVIGATION SYSTEM SETTING
- Enter the "MENU" screen by pressing the "MENU" switch.
- Enter the volume adjustment screen by pressing the "Volume" switch.
- Check that "OFF" is not selected.
Standard: OFF is not selected.
- NG: TURN VOICE GUIDANCE VOLUME UP TO 4 USING VOICE ADJUSTMENT SWITCHES
- OK: Go to next step.
- CHECK NAVIGATION SETTING
- Enter the "MENU" screen by pressing the "MENU" switch.
- Enter the "Setup" screen by pressing the "Setup" switch.
- Check that "Auto Voice Guidance" is not OFF.
Standard: Auto voice guidance is not OFF.
- Check if "Voice Guidance in All Modes" is ON.
Standard: Voice guidance in all modes is ON.
- NG: TURN AUTO VOICE GUIDANCE TO "ON"
- OK: Go to next step.
- CHECK THE MAP DISC
- Check that the map disc is not deformed or cracked.
Standard: No deformations or cracks appear on the map disc.
- NG: REPLACE THE MAP DISC
- OK: Go to next step.
- Check that the map disc is not deformed or cracked.
- CHECK RADIO AND NAVIGATION ASSY
- Check if audio sound can be heard from the driver's side speaker.
Standard: Audio sound can be heard.
- NG: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE (see PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE )
- OK: REPLACE RADIO AND NAVIGATION ASSY (SEE REPLACEMENT )
- Check if audio sound can be heard from the driver's side speaker.
