- REMOVE FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY
(See INSTRUMENT PANEL )
- REMOVE BLOWER UNIT (See REMOVAL ).
- REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR
- Remove the 3 screws and 3 clamps.
- Pull out the 2 pipes.
HINT:
At the time of installation, please refer to the following item. Do not reuse the 2 O-rings.
- CHECK HEATER RADIATOR FINS BLOCKAGE
If the fins are clogged, clean then with compressed air.
- CHECK FITTINGS FOR CRACKS OR SCRATCHES
Repair as necessary.
- INSTALL HEATER RADIATOR
- INSTALL BLOWER UNIT
- INSTALL FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY
