- REMOVE REAR FLOOR BOARD NO. 2 (See SERVICE PLUG GRIP )
- REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX REAR (See SERVICE PLUG GRIP )
- REMOVE REAR FLOOR BOARD NO. 3 (See SERVICE PLUG GRIP )
- DISCONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL (See SERVICE PLUG GRIP )
- REMOVE DECK TRIM COVER REAR (See REMOVAL & INSTALLATION AND DISASSEMBLY & REASSEMBLY )
- REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSY (See REMOVAL & INSTALLATION AND DISASSEMBLY & REASSEMBLY )
- REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSY (See REMOVAL & INSTALLATION AND DISASSEMBLY & REASSEMBLY )
- REMOVE REAR FLOOR BOARD NO. 1 (See REMOVAL & INSTALLATION AND DISASSEMBLY & REASSEMBLY )
- REMOVE REAR SIDE SEAT BACK FRAME RH (See REMOVAL & INSTALLATION AND DISASSEMBLY & REASSEMBLY )
- REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSY RH (See REMOVAL & INSTALLATION AND DISASSEMBLY & REASSEMBLY )
- REMOVE QUARTER VENT DUCT INNER NO. 2 (See REMOVAL & INSTALLATION AND DISASSEMBLY & REASSEMBLY )
- REMOVE VENTILATOR DUCT INNER
- Remove the 3 clips and ventilator duct inner.
- REMOVE BATTERY BLOWER ASSY
- Remove the 3 nuts, then disconnect the battery blower assembly from the vehicle.
- Remove the connector, clamp and battery blower assembly.
- INSTALL BATTERY BLOWER ASSY
- Connect the connector to the battery blower assembly.
- Install the clamp on the battery blower assembly.
- Install the battery blower assembly with the 3 nuts.
Torque: 5.0 N.m (51 kgf.cm, 44 in.lbf)
- INSTALL VENTILATOR DUCT INNER
- INSTALL QUARTER VENT DUCT INNER NO. 2
- INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSY RH
- INSTALL REAR SIDE SEAT BACK FRAME RH
- INSTALL REAR FLOOR BOARD NO. 1
- INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSY
- INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSY
- INSTALL DECK TRIM COVER REAR
- CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
Torque: 6.0 N.m (61 kgf.cm, 53 in.lbf)
- INSTALL REAR FLOOR BOARD NO. 3
- INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX REAR
- INSTALL REAR FLOOR BOARD NO. 2
- POWER WINDOW CONTROL SYSTEM INITIALIZE (See INITIALIZATION )
