Accelerator Pedal Rod ASSY: Replacement

- REMOVE REAR FLOOR BOARD NO. 2 (See SERVICE PLUG GRIP )
- REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX REAR (See SERVICE PLUG GRIP )
- REMOVE REAR FLOOR BOARD NO. 3 (See SERVICE PLUG GRIP )
- DISCONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL (See SERVICE PLUG GRIP )
- REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL ROD ASSY
- Disconnect the accelerator position sensor connector.
- Remove the 2 bolts, then remove the accelerator pedal.
- INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL ROD ASSY
Torque: 7.5 N.m (77 kgf.cm, 66 in.lbf)
- CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
Torque: 6.0 N.m (61 kgf.cm, 53 in.lbf)
- INSTALL REAR FLOOR BOARD NO. 3
- INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX REAR
- INSTALL REAR FLOOR BOARD NO. 2
- POWER WINDOW CONTROL SYSTEM INITIALIZE (See INITIALIZATION )
