- REMOVE THESE PARTS:
- Front door scuff plate LH
- Cowl side trim LH
- Lower finish panel
- Lower LH insert
- REMOVE HEATER MAIN RELAY
- Remove the 3 instrument panel junction block set bolts.
- Remove the heater main relay from relay block No.1.
- INSPECT HEATER MAIN RELAY CONTINUITY

If continuity is not as specified, replace the relay.
- INSTALL HEATER MAIN RELAY TO RELAY BLOCK NO.1
- INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK
- INSTALL THESE PARTS:
- Lower LH insert
- Lower finish panel
- Cowl side trim LH
- Front door scuff plate LH
