Blower Unit: Disassembly

2004 Toyota Matrix XR, FWD, StandardSECTION Disassembly

  1. REMOVE AIR REFINER FILTER 
    1. Release the 2 claws and remove the cover.
    2. Pull out the air refiner filter.
    3. Remove the filter from filter case.
  2. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR 

    Remove the 3 screws and motor.

  3. REMOVE AIR INLET SERVOMOTOR 

    Remove the 3 screws and servomotor.
