Air Conditioning Control Assembly: Removal

2004 Toyota Matrix XR, FWD, StandardSECTION Removal

  1. REMOVE CENTER LOWER CLUSTER FINISH PANEL (See  Figure  ) 
  2. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL PANEL 

    Remove the 4 bolts and pull out the panel, then disconnect the connector.

  3. REMOVE MULTI DISPLAY 

    Remove the 3 screws and multi display.

  4. REMOVE RADIO 

    Remove the 4 screws and radio.

  5. REMOVE PANEL ECU 

    Remove the 6 screws and ECU.

  6. HEATER CONTROL 

    Remove the 15 screws and heater control.

  7. REMOVE KNOBS 
  8. REMOVE PLATE
