Ignition Relay (No. 2): Inspection

  1. REMOVE IGNITION RELAY (Marking: IG2)

  2. INSPECT IGNITION RELAY 
    1. Check the resistance of the IG relay.

      Standard: 

      IG RELAY CONNECTOR TERMINALS SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Tester Condition Specified Condition
      3 - 5 10 kΩ or higher
      3 - 5 Below 1 Ω (when battery voltage is applied to terminals 1 and 2)

      If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.

  3. REINSTALL IGNITION RELAY 
RENDER: 1.0x
