2004 Toyota Matrix XR, FWD, StandardSECTION Reassembly Of Converter & Inverter

  1. Install water hose  .
  2. Install bracket  .

    Install the 4 brackets with the 6 bolts.

    Torque: 25 N.m (255 kgf.cm, 18 ft.lbf)  .

  3. Install inverter cover  :
    1. Install a new gasket to the inverter cover.
    2. Install the inverter cover with the 12 bolts.

      Torque: 2.5 N.m (25 kgf.cm, 22 in.lbf)  .

  4. Install inverter reservoir tank  :
    1. Install a new O-ring to the inverter reservoir tank.
    2. Install the inverter reservoir tank with the 2 bolts and nuts.

      Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf.cm, 71 in.lbf)  .
