Step 2 - Inspect Room Light Switch

2004 Toyota Matrix XR, FWD, StandardSECTION Step 2 - Inspect Room Light Switch

  1. Disconnect the connector from the interior light assembly.
  2. Turn the interior light switch ON, check that continuity exists terminal 2 and body ground.

  3. Turn the interior light switch to DOOR, check that continuity exists between terminals 1 and 2.

    If operation is not as specified, replace the switch.
