Throttle Body: Removal

- Drain engine coolant.
- Remove 2 cap nuts and engine cover. See Fig 1.
- Disconnect vacuum hoses (idle-up No. 2 hose and fuel pressure regulator hose) and ventilation hose. Remove air cleaner hose assembly.
- Disconnect water by-pass hose, water by-pass hose No. 7 and throttle body position sensor connector. Remove 2 bolts and nuts. Remove throttle body and throttle body gasket.
