CAUTION: Sensor may be damaged if wiring harness is connected incorrectly.
  1. Connect the positive (+) lead from the ohmmeter to terminal No. 2 and the negative (-) lead to terminal No. 6. See CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATIONΒ .
  2. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal No. 1 and the negative (-) lead to terminal No. 3.
  3. Check that the continuity exists when the window goes down.
  4. Check that no continuity exists when the window is in the fully opened position. If operation is not as specified, replace the motor. See WINDOW REGULATOR (REAR DOOR)Β  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
