CAUTION:
Sensor may be damaged if wiring harness is connected incorrectly.
- Connect the negative (-) lead from the ohmmeter to terminal No. 4 and the positive (+) lead to terminal No. 5. See CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION .
- Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal No. 2 and the negative (-) lead to terminal No. 1.
- Check that the continuity exists when the window goes up.
- Check that no continuity exists when the window is in the fully closed position. If operation is not as specified, replace the motor. See WINDOW REGULATOR (FRONT DOOR) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
