Disconnect outside rearview mirror 6-pin electrical harness connector. Using jumper wires, connect battery positive voltage to rearview mirror 6-pin connector terminal No. 3 and connect battery negative voltage to rearview mirror 6-pin connector terminal No. 6. See Fig 2. After a short time, mirror should warm. If mirror does not warm, replace mirror assembly.
