Brake Actuator Assembly: Removal

- Remove air cleaner inlet and air cleaner. See Fig 1.
- Using special tool (09023-00100), disconnect 6 brake lines from actuator. Use tags or make a note to identify positions to reconnect brake lines. See Fig 1.
- Disconnect brake hose and connector.
- Remove nut, 2 bolts and actuator assembly.
- Remove 2 nuts and brake actuator from bracket. Remove 2 cushion bolts and 3 cushions from brake actuator.
