  1. Check the power window switch circuit using the DTC check. See MULTIPLEX COMMUNICATION SYSTEM article under COMMUNICATION DEVICES in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT. If the results are OK, check the following: If the results are not good, go to the next step.
  2. Check the power window switch. See POWER WINDOW SWITCH (PASSENGER & REAR)Β  under COMPONENT TESTS. If the results are OK, go to the next step. If the results are not good, replace the power window switch. See POWER WINDOW MASTER SWITCHΒ  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
  3. Check the wire harness and connector between the power window switch and rear door ECU. If the results are OK, go to the next step. If the results are not good, repair or replace the wire harness or connector.
  4. Check the wire harness and connector between the power window switch and power window master switch. If the results are OK, check the following: If the results are not good, repair or replace the wire harness or connector.
