- Inspect the electro chromic inside rear view mirror operation.
- Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal No. 1 and the negative (-) lead to terminal No. 2. See Fig 1.
- Attach a black colored tape to the forward sensor to prevent if from sensing.
- Light up the mirror with an electric light and check that the mirror surface changes from bright to dark.
- If operation is not as specified, replace the inside rear view mirror. See INSIDE REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLYΒ under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
