NOTE:
When disassembling the combination meter assy, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent the components from being damaged.
HINT:
- Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

- REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSY W/PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSY (SEE REPLACEMENT )
- REMOVE COMBINATION METER ASSY
- Remove the 5 screws and then the combination meter assy.
- REMOVE COMBINATION METER COVER No. 1
- Remove the 2 screws.
- Disengage the 2 claws and then remove the combination meter cover No. 1.
- REMOVE METER CIRCUIT PLATE NOTE: When disassembling the combination meter assy, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent the components from being damaged.
- Pull the connector lock in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and separate the meter circuit plate No. 3 from the meter circuit plate.
- Disengage the 5 claws and then remove the meter circuit plate.
- REMOVE COMBINATION METER CASE NO. 2
- REMOVE COMBINATION METER COVER NO. 2 NOTE: When disassembling the combination meter assy, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent the components from being damaged.
- Remove the 2 screws.
- Disengage the 2 claws and then remove the combination meter cover No. 2.
- REMOVE METER CIRCUIT PLATE NO. 2 NOTE: When disassembling the combination meter assy, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent the components from being damaged.
- Pull the connector lock in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and separate the meter circuit plate No. 4 from the meter circuit plate No. 2.
- Disengage the 4 claws, and then remove the meter circuit plate No. 2.
- REMOVE COMBINATION METER NO. 3 CASE
- REMOVE COMBINATION METER REFLECTOR NO. 1
- Remove the 4 clips.
- Remove the screw and then the combination meter reflector No. 1.
- REMOVE COMBINATION METER COVER No. 3
- Remove the 4 screws.
- Widen the 2 claws along the outside to disengage them.
- Raise the cover from the bottom and remove the combination meter reflector No. 1.
- REMOVE METER CIRCUIT PLATE No. 3 NOTE: When disassembling the combination meter assy, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent the components from being damaged.
- Pull the connector lock in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and remove the meter circuit plate No. 3.
- REMOVE METER CIRCUIT PLATE No. 4 NOTE: When disassembling the combination meter assy, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent the components from being damaged.
- Pull the connector lock in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and remove the meter circuit plate No. 4.
- REMOVE COMBINATION METER CASE
- INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSY W/PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSY (SEE REPLACEMENT )
