Skid Control Ecu ASSY: Replacement

- DISCONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
- REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSY W/PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSY (SEE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSY )
- REMOVE STEERING COLUMN ASSY (SEE OVERHAUL )
- REMOVE SKID CONTROL ECU ASSY
- Disconnect the clamp of wire harness and the skid control buzzer from the skid control computer bracket.
- Disconnect the connector from the skid control computer.
- Remove the 3 nuts and the skid control computer assy.
- INSTALL SKID CONTROL ECU ASSY
- Install the skid control computer assy with the 3 nuts.
- Torque: 5.0 N.m (51 kgf.cm, 44 in..lbf)
- Connect the connector to the skid control computer assy.
- Install the clamp of wire harness and the skid control buzzer to the skid control computer bracket.
- Install the skid control computer assy with the 3 nuts.
- INSTALL STEERING COLUMN ASSY (SEE OVERHAUL )
- INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSY W/PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSY
- CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
- PERFORM INITIALIZATION (SEE INITIALIZATION )
- SYSTEM INITIALIZATION (SEE INITIALIZATION )
- PERFORM YAWRATE SENSOR ZERO POINT CALIBRATION ( CALIBRATION )
- CHECK AND CLEAR DTC (SEE DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES CHECK CLEAR )
