- INSPECT CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSYΒ
- Inspect the resistance.
- Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.

If the resistance is not as specified, replace the camshaft timing oil control valve.
- Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.
- Check the operation.
- Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 2 (+) and negative (-) lead to terminal 1 (-), then check the movement of the spool valve.
- Inspect the resistance.
