Inspection Procedure

2004 Toyota Celica GT, StandardSECTION Inspection Procedure

  1. Check indicator light. (center cluster module control) 
    1. NG: Replace center cluster module control. 
    2. OK: Go to next step. 
  2. Check harness and connector between body ECU and indicator light, indicator light and body ground  . See HOW TO USE THE DIAGNOSTIC CHART AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE .
    1. NG: Repair or replace harness or connector. 
    2. OK: Go to next step. 

    Check and replace body ECU.  When there is a malfunction that the theft deterrent system cannot be set, proceed to the next numbered circuit inspection shown on problem symptom table. See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE .
