- Remove the screw from the wireless remote control key and then push the cover upwards so that there becomes clearance, then pry out the cover from that clearance.
- Remove the module from the key frame.
- Pull out the battery cover.
- Take out the discharged battery.

Do not pry out the cover forcibly.
