(1) Perform test procedures in order listed under suspected area.
(2) Inspect the IG1 relay.
(3) Inspect the WIPER fuse.
(4) Inspect the front wiper switch. See WIPER SWITCHΒ  under COMPONENT TESTS.
(5) Inspect the wire harness.
(6) Inspect the front wiper motor. See WIPER MOTORΒ  under COMPONENT TESTS.
(7) Inspect the front washer switch. See WIPER MOTORΒ  under COMPONENT TESTS.
(8) Inspect the front washer motor. See WASHER MOTORΒ  under COMPONENT TESTS.
(9) Inspect the washer hose and nozzle. See WASHER NOZZLEΒ  under DESCRIPTION & OPERATION.
(10) Inspect the wiper switch. Inspect the wiper arm and blade set position.
(11) See TEST A: RAIN DROP SENSING FUNCTION DOES NOT OPERATEΒ
