Rain Sensor: Installation

Connect the connector, install the rain sensor and rain sensor cover. See Fig 1.

  • Check if the rain sensor tape remains on the windshield glass after removing the rain sensor. If it remains, remove it.
  • Clean the glass with a soft cloth, etc.
  • The rain sensor tape is reusable, however, in case it is dirty or damaged, replace the rain sensor and rain sensor tape with new ones.
  • Attach the rain sensor tape so that bubbles do not enter between the windshield glass and rain sensor tape, or the rain sensor tape and rain sensor.
