Yaw Rate Sensor: Service and Repair

REPLACEMENT
1. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSY LH.





2. REMOVE YAWRATE SENSOR [89183A/98-170]
a. Disconnect the yaw rate sensor connector.
b. Remove the 2 bolts and yaw rate sensor.





3. INSTALL YAWRATE SENSOR [89183A/98-170]
a. Install the yaw rate sensor with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 20 Nm (205 kgf-cm, 15 ft. lbs.)
b. Connect the yaw rate sensor connector.
4. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSY LH
5. PERFORM YAWRATE SENSOR ZERO POINT. Programming and Relearning
6. CHECK VSC SENSOR SIGNAL
