If ABS ECU detects a problem, it turn on ABS warning light and prohibits ABS control. At that time, a DTC will be stored in memory. By removing shorting pin from DLC1 and connecting a jumper wire across terminals Tc and E1 of either DLC1 or DLC2, ABS warning light will start blinking and output DTC.
