Camry (Without Anti-Theft System)

1999 Toyota Celica 2D Convertible, StandardSECTION Camry (Without Anti-Theft System)
  1. Locate integration relay. See INTEGRATION RELAY LOCATIONΒ  table. Measure voltage by backprobing between integration relay 13-pin connector terminal No. 12 and ground. See Fig 1. Turn ignition switch to LOCK position.
  2. Observe voltmeter and close driver's door. Battery voltage should be present. Open driver's door. Voltage should be zero volts. Observe voltmeter and turn ignition switch to ON position. Battery voltage should then be present. If voltage is not as specified, replace integration relay and retest.
