1999 Toyota Camry XLE, 2.2 GSECTION 1999 Camry

With ignition switch in OFF position, remove wireless door lock ECU from below radio. See Figure. Measure voltage between ground and ECU connector terminal No. 10 (Blue/Black wire). See Figure. Battery voltage should exist. If battery voltage does not exist, repair Blue/Black wire. If battery voltage exists, proceed to next test given under ALL FUNCTIONS OF KEYLESS ENTRY DO NOT WORKΒ  under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
