1999 Camry
With ignition switch in OFF position, remove wireless door lock ECU from below radio. See Figure. Measure voltage between ground and ECU connector terminal No. 10 (Blue/Black wire). See Figure. Battery voltage should exist. If battery voltage does not exist, repair Blue/Black wire. If battery voltage exists, proceed to next test given under ALL FUNCTIONS OF KEYLESS ENTRY DO NOT WORK under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
