1999 Camry
With ignition switch in OFF position, remove wireless door lock ECU from below radio. See Figure. Place all door lock knobs in lock position (door unlock detection switch off). Measure voltage between ground and ECU connector terminals No. 11 (Blue/Red wire), No. 12 (Yellow wire) and No. 13 (Blue/Yellow wire). See Figure. Battery voltage should exist at each individual voltage reading. If battery voltage does not exist, repair appropriate circuit. If battery voltage exists, proceed to next test given under ALL FUNCTIONS OF KEYLESS ENTRY DO NOT WORKΒ under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
