- Remove ABS relay. See Figure. Using a DVOM, check continuity at specified terminals. Continuity should exist between terminals No. 1 and 6 (80 ohms). Continuity should exist between terminals No. 3 and 5. Continuity should not exist between terminals No. 2 and 5. See Fig 1. If continuity is not as specified, replace relay.
- Using fused jumper wire, connect positive battery terminal to relay terminal No. 1. Connect negative battery terminal to relay terminal No. 6. Continuity should exist between relay terminals No. 2 and 5. Continuity should not exist between relay terminals No. 3 and 5. If continuity is not as specified, replace relay. Disconnect battery from relay.
