1994 Toyota Tercel DX, 4D Sedan, StandardSECTION Taillight Control Relay Circuit

Turn ignition off and disconnect ATS ECU connector. Ensure battery voltage exists between ground and ECU terminal B13 (with power door locks, Green/Red wire) or No. 19 (without power door locks). If battery voltage is not present, repair open or short in taillight control relay circuit. If battery voltage is present, replace ATS ECU and retest system.
