1994 Toyota Tercel DX, 4D Sedan, StandardSECTION Anti-Theft Horn Circuit

Turn ignition off and disconnect ATS ECU connector. Ensure battery voltage exists between ground and ATS ECU connector terminal B4 (with power door locks, Violet wire) or No. 8 (without power door locks, Violet/White wire). If battery voltage is not present, check HAZ/HORN fuse. If HAZ/HORN fuse is okay, go to next step.
